Emma & Alex got married in the most incredible celebration at the Stunning Waipuna Estate in Tai Tapu, New Zealand.When I first met Emma & Alex, we immediately connected- bonding over our shared love of Border Collies! I immediately felt like we had known each other for years! I knew these two were going to be so much fun to be around at their wedding and boy did these two deliver- They were both absolute superstars, planning the most incredible ceremony, reception at such a stunning location and all within 4 months! wow!Words cant even describe how amazing sharing this wedding with these two was- We dealt with rain, wind, we cried (well I cried) we laughed, we almost fell over a few times (I think I might have even tripped up at the end of the day) absolutely everything came together for these two to have the BEST day.The start of the day was full of anxiety, all of us watching very closely at the weather outside and checking MetService every 5 minutes! BUT I was so glad when the rain cleared as it meant we could have the ceremony outdoors and even though it started drizzling right when Emma walked down the aisle, it didn’t matter to anyone as we were so focussed on the beautiful ceremony between these absolutely lovebirds and it was so worth it for those stunning hill views! The changing weather made for some incredible moody skies during our bridal party photo’s and we were so lucky we didn’t have to go to far from the venue to find this amazing location!! To say it was epic would be an understatement! After dinner & speeches we finished the day with just Emma & Alex to get some intimate and romantic bride & groom photos and it was such a great chance for Emma & Alex to have a moment to themselves to reflect on being Husband & Wife.
