A Romantic Dutch-German Wedding in Budapest: Castle Views and Parliament Li

We had the pleasure of capturing a young Dutch-German couple’s special day in Budapest, a city they chose for their wedding because it’s where they first met during their university years.The preparations began at the Queens Court Hotel, where the couple was surrounded by their families and friends as they got ready for the big day. Afterward, we headed to Buda Castle for some stunning portrait shots, with breathtaking views over the city.The official wedding took place at the elegant Aranybástya restaurant, offering a beautiful panorama of Budapest, including the Fisherman’s Bastion. The ceremony, led by the groom’s father, was deeply emotional and personal. After the vows, guests enjoyed a delicious dinner, followed by the first dance, which was made even more special by the Pankastic Band’s rendition of Frank Sinatra’s 'Fly me to the moon.' The illuminated city skyline, especially the Parliament, provided a magical backdrop to the evening.After the cake-cutting, the celebration continued indoors, where the soundproof glass walls allowed the party to go on late into the night without disturbing the surroundings. It was truly a night to remember for the couple and their guests.
